We find pride in providing a unique combination of premier domiciliary care and community based social care services to meet the needs of dependent individuals, such as; frail and elderly people or those with disabilities who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community.

We approach every client by being highly responsive to their specific needs, being extremely flexible in our outlook and by delivering care which improves the lives of dependent individuals and treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion – all while staying within the practical limits of your budget.

Our Aim

Our aim is to deliver care which improves the lives of dependent individuals we support and treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. This will be achieved through a number of objectives including – 

To provide dependent individuals we support with a variety of cost-effective care that is of value for money that will allow them to increase their quality of life while remaining in their own home. Allowing them to live as independently as possible while being a part of the community;

We will do this by providing wide option packages tailored to each individual, allowing them to contributes to their overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We will co-operate with other stakeholders to help to maximize each individual’s independence. 

We will do this by ensuring that our staff are professional, reliable and with relevant experience required to effectively carry their tasks in order to enable people whom we support to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. 

We will do this by adopting a flexible and positive approach to proactively seeking feedback from individuals we support, their friends and relatives and constantly monitor and review our operations to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and objectives and take action when necessary for continuous improvement.

We will do this by ensuring that before our services are provided, preferences for the individuals we support are thoroughly assessed, and that their needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to their changing needs or requirements.

Our Services

Our services vary from domiciliary care services intended for short-term support ranging from 30mins - 2hours to supported living & live-in care. Furthermore, we provide excellent health and social care staff to a range of different sectors in the UK.

Care at Home

The services are tailored to each individual and are common practice during periods of rehabilitation, convalescence and recuperation.

For those coming out of the hospital, assistance in the comfort of home is a reassuring option rather than an extended stay in a hospital setting. Domiciliary carers can help with a range of tasks including personal care, managing medication, shopping as well as providing more specialist care such as dementia and palliative care. 

Supported Living Care

Designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence by being supported in their own home.

Supported living is a service designed to help people with a wide range of support needs retain their independence by being supported in their own home. People in supported living have their own tenancy and are responsible for their own bills and cost of living.

Staff Supply

Requiring urgent shift cover? With our flexible staffing service, we can provide our appropriately trained Cares in a timely and cost effective manner.

We can support your organisation by providing you with temporary trained Care staff to cover for urgent unplanned absence of permanent staff or planned gaps due to business expansion needs or annual leave or it might be long term needs such as maternity/paternity leave.

Live-in Care

Designed to help people with a wide range of support needs requiring full time Carer to help them live as independently as possible in the comfort of their homes.

Live-in care is a type of service usually put in place for a Carer to move into an individual’s house and support them with short term care, complex care / specialist conditions like dementia – Parkinson’s or multiple sclerosis, end of life palliative care and or emergency care needs.
