Our Aim
Our aim is to deliver care which improves the lives of dependent individuals we support and treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. This will be achieved through a number of objectives including –
To provide dependent individuals we support with a variety of cost-effective care that is of value for money that will allow them to increase their quality of life while remaining in their own home. Allowing them to live as independently as possible while being a part of the community;
We will do this by providing wide option packages tailored to each individual, allowing them to contributes to their overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We will co-operate with other stakeholders to help to maximize each individual’s independence.
We will do this by ensuring that our staff are professional, reliable and with relevant experience required to effectively carry their tasks in order to enable people whom we support to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being.
We will do this by adopting a flexible and positive approach to proactively seeking feedback from individuals we support, their friends and relatives and constantly monitor and review our operations to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and objectives and take action when necessary for continuous improvement.
We will do this by ensuring that before our services are provided, preferences for the individuals we support are thoroughly assessed, and that their needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to their changing needs or requirements.

Live-in Care
